As I log in to my blog just a moment ago I got a flashback to year 2017. It was the time when I opened my blog and was excited to start wiring it. Even back then, I wanted to write about self development and self love. I was on that journey myself and I wanted to share that with the world.
So much is happened since then. There were times when I didn’t write my blog at all. Times I thought blogging is not my thing. Times I felt I don’t have anything to say. Times when I was so into photography that I wanted to write about that. .. and there were times when I found it so hard to write in English (even though I wanted to) and just switch my blog to writing in Finnish language.
All of these phases during past 3 years was a heck of a journey and being really honest with you – I just didn’t know what I truly wanted.
But what kept my blog here was the thing that I didn’t give up. I didn’t give up with myself or this blog. Deep inside of me was someone who always knew that writing about self- love was what I still always wanted, I guess you can call it my calling.
And today, being here …now. I understand it all. All phases was necessary to experience to know what i now know. I found my way home by going trough all of that.
And I wasn`t ready with myself.
…and today I am.
…and year 2020 is just around a corner!! I would love it to be YOUR best year ever! I would really love to help you feel really good next year! …and today I want to share with you 4 things that will hep you get on your “feel-good” journey.

HOW TO GET IN GOOD ENERGY AND MAKE YEAR 2020 YOUR NEXT BEST CHAPTER
Simply deside to STOP thinking and analyzing your problems from every angle. Kindly turn your awareness away from them to think what you enjoy thinking.
The thing is that every time you think your problems, you are vibrating on that level of thinking. You are creating yourself to feel and experience more frustrating and negative things. So many of our problems we could just stop thinking and they would disappear from our lives. Its funny, but its true. We keep many problems alive by giving them attention. The best way to get in feeling good is simply just stop thinking bad things.
Do something every day that will put you in a good mood.
On the flip side of the coin is to deliberately encouraging yourself to feel good. Don’t leave it to chance. Create your good mood by doing things you know that makes you feel good. Do it consciously. Do A meditation, listen a good song, dance when nobody is watching, do a good workout, enjoy a glass of wine … anything that makes you feel good!
Deside one bold thing you want to do for yourself next year. something beyond ordinary that really excites you!
What would make you feel like you are living your best life ever? Is there something that you’ve always wanted to do just for yourself? Deside 1-3 things for next year. If you can’t do more that one it is totally okay! Here`s what my 2020 events will be:
1. I will go to long weekend trip just by myself to some beautiful place where I concentrate to myself and my business plan for 2020.
2. I participate in some meditation / yoga retreat which will strengthen my own self-love journey.
Surround yourself with positive people who supports you and wants to see you growing and happy
Relationships are the biggest part of our lives that eighter makes us happier or unhappier. When you become more conscious of who you are and you evolve as a human being, its only natural that people in your life will change. But so many times we stay in guilt and find it hard to let go of those people or we are afraid to hurt their feelings. In a same way i can’t ask people to change for me, they can’t ask me to stay the same, only that they can stay happy.
It doesn’t work that way.
If you don’t want something to be a part of your life anymore, it is not a judgement from you.
You are responsible of yourself to feel good and it’s about you. You are choosing your reality and not making a judgement about others.
What do you want in your world, how do you want to experience yourself?
Respect others, say thank you for this journey that we had and keep the good memories, but stay true to your heart and be free from quilt to moving on with your life.
By doing so, you are doing nothing wrong. ❤
