”Some people love you no matter what happends – some people don’t love you, no matter what you do.”
One of the most valuable thing in life is, when you are being fully yourself and loved exactly as you are. And that is, what we all ultimately want and when we can be happy for real in our relationships.
We want to feel free to express ourselves!
I once read a very good advice to relationship problems. It goes with marriage as well as friendship. How to know when the relationship is worth saving and when it is time to let go? It is worth saving when you can be yourself in that relationship. When the other half accepts you as you truly are and the problems are about something else. When you and your hearts desires are supported and not the other way around. If the other person is always against something you know in your heart to be true to you – can you ever really be happy?
When I turned forty years last March I made a promise with myself. That I wouldn’t hold back in life and I wouldn’t put myself down in anyway anymore. When you come to this age, it is naturally easier to be who you are, somehow the age supports you. You have wisdom in you that you can only have by living this far and you start to feel that you have nothing to lose. I promised to love and respect myself and learn to do that better and better every day. I asked myself;
Why would i ever want to be less than i am capable of?
I don’t believe in any kind of titles. I don’t believe many rules. Nobody is here better than other after all. We are equal – everyone and everybody and we hold the responsibility for ourselves.
The way I think about life is, that after all, it is incredible experience and how lucky I am to be here feeling, hearing, tasting…experiencing all this. Not all of it is good. In fact many times it is full of struggle, but those struggles show the way to bigger understanding. But we have to want to see what the struggles are trying to say. Otherwise we only keep spinning the circle.
There is a great wisdom in that quote above. A powerful reminder of the truth that we can always only be ourselves and then the right people will come to our life. We can not manipulate someone to love or like us. It is fake and not real and can`t make us happy anyway. I read the quote above yesterday from Finnish “wellness guru” Jutta Larm`s Instagram account .
Just be yourself. Consentrate your own happiness and the right people will come to your life. You are Wonderfull just as you are. <3
